FALL MUNCH TODAY! As soon as the worship service ends today, we will get set up for our fall MUNCH. We hope you and your family have made plans to stay and fellowship with us. Soup, chili, grilled cheese sandwiches, chips, crackers and desserts will be served. We will eat together at the tables in the back of the Sanctuary. While we set up for the MUNCH, if you are able, please help stack the chairs in the front – four chairs high.

FALL FEST This coming Wednesday, October 28th, at 7:00 PM, our children will enjoy a Fall Fest in the Reign Forest. The party will be held in the Sanctuary. There will be games and snacks, and of course, candy. Everyone age 5 through 5th grade is welcome to come and invite your friends to join you!

TIME CHANGE NEXT WEEKEND Daylight Savings Time ends next Sunday, November 1st, at 2:00 am. Remember, set your clocks back (Fall Back) one hour, enjoy an extra hour sleep, and arrive for worship rested and refreshed!

BLOODMOBILE The Bloodmobile will be at Westwood on Sunday, November 15th. It will be very beneficial if you register online in advance. Simply go to https://www.oneblooddonor.org/index.cfm, select Find a Blood Drive, enter Westwood Church in the Sponsor Name tab, click on the link and select a donation time. The more people who sign up in advance, the more Blood Center Staff will be onsite.

FOSTER CARE AWARENESS CAMPAIGN In partnership with the Orange Seminole Foster Children’s Association (OSFCA), our Children’s Ministry will be collecting items to assist Foster Children (as a part of our series on Gratefulness) during the month of November. Please join us in supplying the following needed items to central Florida foster children:

· Toothbrushes/Toothpaste (donations from local Dentists are GREAT!)

· Socks all sizes (new please)

· Diapers and Pull Ups

We will have a bin set up in the lobby to collect these items for the whole month of November. Your help is greatly appreciated!

LIFELINE SCREENING Stroke is a leading cause of death today, affecting over 750,000 people each year. Every 45 seconds in America, someone suffers a stroke and every 3 minutes, someone dies from one. This means that during the next 45 minutes, approximately 15 people in the United States will have died due to a stroke. According to the National Stroke Association, 80% of strokes are preventable. On November 16, screenings will be available here at Westwood. To schedule your appointment simply go to www.lifelinescreening.com/community-partners, or call 1-888-653-6441.
