If you have downloaded Church Center and spend anytime in the Church Directory section , you have probably noticed that not many people in the directory have uploaded photo’s of themselves. Our goal is to have photographs for everyone in our church directory. So, we are setting up a portrait studio and will take high quality photos of families and individuals.

Here is how it works:

Sign your family up for a time slot between August 12th through the 17th. All time slots will be between 6:00 and 8:00 in the evening. We will photograph a family sitting as well as individual head shots. Once the images are color corrected and processed, we will send you the digital files for you to have and use as you please. Each time slot is 15 minutes.

Retakes:

Not happy with how your photo turned out? We will schedule retakes to be shot at a future date and will work with you to get the photo you want.

Why are we doing this?

Community is important at Westwood. We think if we all can place names with faces, it becomes much easier to know one another and to build a sense of belonging. We also want to pray for you and your family members. This becomes easier when we have faces to go with your data.

While your photo is being taken, we will work with you to answer questions about the Church Center App and to make sure you understand how to opt into our directory.
