The Westwood leadership team will be attending a PEAK Training Cohort Along with several of our sister churches in the Alliance Southeast District. Because this event uses data from the PEAK Assessment tool, our elder team felt we would benefit from doing a fresh assessment as a church body. We are still setting up the details, but at some point, in March we will ask all our congregants to help us out by taking the PEAK survey. The entire process will take you less than 20 minutes. The information we gather will help our leadership team to gain a deeper perspective of where we are as a church, hear from the Holy Spirit regarding our gifting and gospel-influence on our community, and implement strategic steps to improve the impact of Westwood.
